The Rotary Indexing Vision Station is a fully automated, 4-station inspection platform engineered for 360° AI-based inspection, electrical testing, and defect-wise part segregation. Built on a precision rotary indexing table, the system automates part rotation, eliminates manual handling errors, and delivers high-throughput quality control for complex and multi-geometry components. By combining multi-face vision inspection with electrical validation and automated rejection handling, the station ensures 100% prevention of failed-part delivery and significantly reduces operator dependency—resulting in reliable inspection performance and higher productivity.

Internal 4-Station Architecture:

1. Part Loading Station

Operator or robot loads the part onto a dedicated fixture.
