Our Rotary Indexing Vision Station brings automated, repeatable, and traceable 360° inspection to shop-floor environments, combining synchronized rotation, multi-angle vision, and integrated electrical testing. With dedicated camera, electrical test, OK/NOK segregation, and load/unload stations, the system prevents operator dependency, eliminates handling variability, and ensures rejected parts are mechanically arrested and diverted, never mixing with good parts.
